Our session voucher allows you to book an appointment over the phone, Please allow 24 hours from ordering before making your appointment. (minimum session time is 1 hour)

Terms and Conditions
If you are after a refund you will need to contact us via the contact form, making sure to quote your unique six digit reference number for your voucher.
By asking us directly for a refund , you will recieve your money with in 24 hours. Issueing a chargeback from Paypal or your credit card company can take from 30 to 70 days to complete.

In the unlikely event that no voucher is supplied following payment a full refund will be given or a voucher provided as soon as possible.

We reserve the right to refuse sale to any customer without giving a reason for such refusal.

You will not get a refund if your unique reference number is marked as USED on our database.

Subject to conditions, we can and will provide transaction details to the SFO (www.sfo.gov.uk) if we find a certain transaction to be fraudulant.
